Club Sustainability And Its Future

In 2010, BIRKBY Rose Hill Cricket Club went through a major transformation, which had brought a change of name from previously known as Nuffield CC and a new clubhouse.

The clubhouse came about when the Rose Hill became subjected to vandalism and finally arson, which destroyed the existing clubhouse. Fortunately, the local community rallied round with help from Kirklees Council and a number of funding partners, along with various contributions from players and local sponsors to raise money to build a new clubhouse on the site.

Since the re-structure of the club it has gone from strength to strength in achievements for our senior and junior players through their dedication, loyalty and hard work.

The club primarily runs on membership fees which aid in paying the club’s annual ground maintenance and utility bills, but unfortunately does not support financially in improving the site for future projects.

This is where businesses, schools clubs and sponsors support the clubs future in improving, expanding, and regular use of the sites facilities for our community to enjoy.

We are proud of our multi-cultural community and aim to uphold strong relationships with our local businesses to help support and promote them through our club.

It’s from this loyal Multi-cultural community your Sponsorship will benefit from through continual exposure from our chosen method of advertising boards, shirts, website and media coverage during events and any flyers.
